Fallen Angels

Every angel in given a job to do, sometimes that job is making sure that the souls of those who have passed are happy in their paradise, some jobs could be making sure that everyone is doing the right thing, some angels are responsible for keeping every souls paradise safe and free of any intruders, and some are in charge of making sure that everything goes according to plan. Hariel is one such angel, his job is to watch over a certain human and make sure they do everything that they should, this could be as simple as giving advice in a dream or setting up a few coincidences here and there, or in some cases having to personally set up a few scenes so they would pay out as planned or saving someone from certain death. But there was one small problem, when you spend all your time looking out for someone, keeping them safe every second of the day, it must be near impossible to let them go.

Felix Dawson is the 237th human that Hariel has had to look after, he had pretty much the perfect life, he came from an affluent family, he was an intelligent child and had lots of friends, his future looked brighter than anything else in the universe. But then he was involved in a horrific accident that should have killed him. Hariel had watched over Felix for 16 short years and wasn't ready to say goodbye yet. After the other angels found out about Hariel's little stunt he was cast down in disgrace, powerless, alone, and afraid Hariel went to the only person he could think of for help. Felix, now at the top of heaven's hit-list Hariel must defeat all the angels who try to harm Felix no matter what it takes.
