Birmingham Grove Mental Rehabilitation Center, the only rehabilitation center that has been overlooked for its serious amounts of health hazards, such as its cockroach infestation, military grade security, and brutal staff. The ultimate place for spirit breaking recovery. The only place where the slogan is nicer than the people there , "We'll break your habits, and whip you in to shape!" Birmingham Grove Mental Rehabilitation Center.  

One year, three months, and fourteen days have passed since the arrival of Alaska Winters, the only patient that has been a long term resident of the large hell that is Birmingham Grove, that is, until a boy who goes by the name Dark arrives one day, handcuffs on his wrists, a dark look in his rust colored, angry eyes. What will happen when these two meet? Will it be life or death for the pair?
