Cassidy Codwell is the image of the perfect student. At least, on the surface she is. Perfect grades along with good rapport with teachers and students alike, she manages to snag the student council president position to please her mother. But what nobody knows is that even though she's determined to follow one path, her heart aches to go down another. One that would be considered rebellious by all around her.

Enter male lead singer and guitarist of christian band Delightful Hope, Tobias Lincoln. Still hurting after his recent break up and loss of Delightful Hope's female lead singer, Tobias is on the hunt for a new female lead for the up and coming competition against their rival band, Crushed. About to give up, he and his band stumble upon a shining light in the darkness, Cassidy Codwell. The only set back? She refuses to help them out!

What will Tobias have to do to get Cassidy to join? And why is Cassidy so against it to begin with when she has such an amazing voice?
