T'challa, the newly crowned king of Wakanda, has a run in with a young Black Woman from Bronx, New York City, New York. The Woman, terrified of the vexed man before her, tries to flee the scene with no blood on her hands, but gets caught by the CIA- as she, an "enhanced" is ultimately trying to escape the newly enforced Enhanced Accords.
