The War, if it can even be called that, was brief and bloody. Human armies couldn't hold a candle to the thousands of werewolf packs and vampire covens who, though natural enemies they were, stood together to overtake the planet. Even with the witches and woodnymphs at our side, we were no match for the sheer ferocity facing us. After three days of bloodshed, the humans had been defeated.
