A Wizard, an Elf, and A Dwarf walk into a bar. No, seriously, that's not the punchline.

A heroic Elf finds himself on an epic quest to save his home kingdom. But first he has to navigate the treacherous human city before him. Upon fleeing the rain to a local tavern, the Elf encounters a Wizard and a Dwarf who may have useful insight about his criticisms.

As part of my Dreamwalkers: Short Story Collection, this short story is intended to cover events taking place within the worlds or plot of my Dreamwalkers book series but which is not directly addressed within the main series itself. As of yet, I currently do not plan on releasing my Dreamwalkers series online. While there are references to events and characters from my main series, this story is written to stand on its own and can be enjoyed without previous exposure to the main series.

After a long and arduous journey but still a far away from the mountain they stumble into trouble. And whom is there to save her, but a certain Mirkwood prince with long blond hair and a pair of startling blue eyes. With one of them bursting with light, and the other filled with darkness their story will be anything but easy.
