It's been 2 months since the Second Wizarding War. Draco is mute, harry is an insomniac. When Draco finds that he can no longer cast spoken spells, charms, and hexes, it's up to Harry (as the new temporary DADA Professor in Hogwarts) to tutor the newest Potions Professor on non-spoken spells.
