Band and a Baby(Jalex Fic)
Alex's wife leaves him with their 3 month old son, she doesn't want to come back. She doesn't like life, and she wishes she'd never been married or had a child. She wanted to go back to life how it used to be, and she wanted to start fresh. She'd signed the court papers for the divorce, and he signed them too, because all he wanted now was his son. She willingly gave him up with no fight, not questions asked, and he didn't dare ask for child support. He wanted her nowhere near his boy. What the fuck was he supposed to do now? It was May, and they'd be touring the US in a fucking month. Alex didn't understand how a person could even do that. He couldn't fathom the mere idea of up and leaving your own family, especially when his parents had walked out on him. Alex was raised by his aunt, who sadly has now passed away. All Alex has left is his son, his band and his best friends/bandmates, namely his best friend of all, and the man he'd been in love with throughout high school and most of their adult lives, Jack. Alex was bisexual, and he often fought with his wife about how he'd been with Jack multiple times, when things just worked out for them, and how he cared more about Jack than her. In most ways, she was right. That's not to say that he didn't love her. He did. Did being extremely past tense. Maybe he and Jack would find their way back to each other with all of this madness. DISCLAIMER: this story in NO way represents Alex's wife IRL, she is a WONDERFUL human being, & I will not be using her name at all in this story, as it is nowhere near about her. The Taylor in this story is NOT in reference to Tay Jardine either. There may be some talk about self harm. I own none of these characters, except Mason because he's my own creation. I do not own Jack, Alex, Rian or Zack, or any part of All Time Low & their crew & people who are associated with them who may or may not appear. (for my own memory, Mason was born 2/21/17 & 8/24/17 for Jack & Alex anniversary)Complete

Olympus's Beloved
This story began with a simple question: What if a modern-day teenager were suddenly thrust into the heart of the Greek pantheon, not as a hero or a chosen one, but as a new goddess, the very embodiment of creation? The image of a seventeen-year-old, overwhelmed by the intense affections of immortal beings - Zeus's wariness, Hera's possessive jealousy, Aphrodite's obsessive infatuation - sparked a story that explored not only the fantastical elements of mythology but also the complex and often unsettling dynamics of love, power, and self-discovery. Writing this book has been a journey into the darker, more nuanced aspects of relationships, and I hope I have captured the intensity of those emotions without sacrificing the core elements of romance and hope. The yandere trope provided a unique lens through which to explore the overwhelming nature of divine power and the complicated ways in which love can manifest. It was a challenge to portray these intense emotions with both sensitivity and intrigue, ensuring that the story remains engaging and relatable, even as it ventures into darker territory. The balance between the fantastical setting of Mount Olympus and Elara's very relatable struggles and emotional experiences was carefully considered. I strived to create a world that felt both ancient and modern, blending the rich tapestry of Greek mythology with the contemporary voice of a young adult protagonist. I hope this blend creates a unique and memorable reading experience. The story is a testament to the power of acceptance, self-discovery and the ability to find balance even amidst chaos and overwhelming affection.Complete
Nothing You've Come To Expect - Alex Turner
Who would have thought, that I'd be here telling the story of this love. Serendipitous. Unespected. A love like a ache in the jaw that made my ordinary life somersault. *Little challenge* find all the songs references 😉 *NOTE: I named my Y/n only way far in the story. I went back and updated with her name in the older chapters. If you see a forgotten "Y/n" that's why! **NEW** Playlist now available! DM me for the Spotify link https://open.spotify.com/playlist/4sr2XpYdtj8C5WoIkdyN9W?si=Gvj14hGxT42zP3-r_l2BNw&utm_source=copy-link ----------------------- The story is set around the Last Shadow Puppets Tour in 2016 and moves towards the Tranquility Base Hotel and Casino era. It mostly follows the real time line, but not completely (ie. concert dates/locations don't always reflect the real ones). Some of the characters are based on real people. Dude, it would be awesome to know them personally but I don't, so their role in this narrative is fictional. While the events are fictious, some elements here and there in the story are inspired by things the characters (mostly Alex and Miles) said/did in interviews or shows.Complete
