Katherine Jones is a normal 17 year old girl. When she was little she always played with her best friend Sarah, Peter and his cousin Sean under an apple tree in the woods. They were best friends. But when they were twelve, Katherine started dating Peter and a month later, Sean's parents moved to Boston to try to save their marriage. Now, 5 years later, Peter is spending his summer in Congo to do some charity work and Sarah is on a trip to Paris. She was prepared for the most boring summer in her life.... but that's not what she gets. She never expected her summer this way.
