I was given a prompt for this piece, one I thoroughly enjoyed. The prompt was a historic event. The winter that Champlain was stuck in Quebec. Twenty-eight or so men went in, only eight were left in the spring. They died from various diseases and the cold of course. I took a more cynical approach to this piece. Here is one of Champlain's men and his last few moments

A tale of a New world with new opportunities for those brave enough to venture forth. A tale of a world with a long forgotten history but with a destiny that must yet be fulfilled. Share in the epic travels of Val and Thomas as they explore new lands and cities and interact with a myriad of diverse and interesting characters who inhabit this New World and watch as their destinies inexorably become entwined with that of the land they have been sent to explore. An excerpt from "Sabbanath" The sun was hot those three days. It rose in a clear sky in the morning and except for a few blessed times when a lost cloud shielded them briefly from its rays, it set in a clear sky. Sure, temperatures in Brehin, the capital city of Kiryn where he had been living prior to this expedition, got as high but Thomas didn't usually spend so much time outside in the sun. The introspective mood that had settled on the camp when they had left the temple and the encounter with the Giant Worm had stayed with them for the duration of the journey. The landscape of open grassland was singular and repetitive and it gave you a sense of waiting, of waiting to pass through it until you got to where you were going. In such an atmosphere, no one was in the mood to start a conversation. Talking was reserved for situations that necessitated it. Everyone rode with their eyes fixed on the horizon. The one thing of note was that Dawson was back in his saddle. He refused to stay in the stretcher beyond the first day and said that any discomfort in the saddle would be nothing compared to being bounced along behind a flatulating horse. That had brought a smile to even the captain.

PART I: Russia and America are two of the most chaotic duos. They fight, argue, beat each other, diss each other and more things the cause harm and disturb the other party. Albeit they mostly fight for their power. both of them are equally powerful. But it seems Russia's power is slowly crumbling apart. United Nations and International Olympic Committee try their best to bond them together but fail. But then IOC pairs them up together with the threat of disqualifying them if they misbehave. They seem devastated at the thought of even being close to each other. Until they slowly started to learn more about each other. "We're just two sides of the same coin." PART II: Three of the most notorious criminals, locked away in Tartarus. They took lives of innocents, not looking through anyone or anything and brutally slaughtering anyone that came their way. They created a huge war amongst the eight elements. Luckily, there were eight warriors who sought power and tried to calm down the tension among them. This triggered an Armageddon that lasted for about a decade. Unfortunately, they lost their lives. The tournaments had ended months ago as a new year bloomed in full glory and joy. The beautiful winter rained down its snow, everything had calmed down and there wasn't a chance at disharmony. But alas, that harmonizing peace had to halt. Ahead of them, was something they wished wasn't true. "Bestowed a rebirth." This AU is inspired by Where Winter Meets Summer by Onyx Crow and Russian Roulette by Miriorite. ¡WARNING! "Leave." It was a simple word, spoken softly but with fury. "You are dismissed." As I turned to leave, Father grabbed his tea cup, and clenched it. Father never mistreated his tea cups. I had made him mad. No, the emotion was more than mad. It was absolute hatred. I had only made him this angry once before. Years ago, a younger version of me watched as broken pieces of porcelain drifted down the river behind the castle. Watching, he knew a severe punishment awaited him. I knew a severe punishment awaited me. ~~~ Prince America, next in line to the throne, oldest of four. Everyone knows his name. But after a mysterious event 2 years prior, America doubts himself, and with more arguments with his father, his self-esteem is at an all time low. When he meets a strange man, America's life is flipped upside down. Sorry I suck at descriptions lmao Slightly based off of "Royal Guard" by @Miriorite but it's mostly my own thing. I don't own countryhumans and also obviously this isn't historically accurate
