Echo lived a normal life. Normal friends (mostly), a normal house, normal adoptive parents, normal school. A normal life for a teenage girl. Until the new boy showed up. He stole her friend, he followed her around, creeping her out to the max. He even haunted her dreams. Echo just wished that Jayden would disappear. But he didn't, he seemed to be insane and told her of a magic forest and that she was related to a godess. She wouldn't believe him, until she was attacked and she realized that she was no longer safe. They took off to take the long, perilous journey home. The blood of the goddess would return to the forest. For better or for worse.

THE END

All her life, Bee Samuels has been caged in the bunker her family's been holed up in since World War III. Her mother harps on about how she is God's chosen one. How she's going to save the world from a premature rapture. When a wendigo slashes Bee's mother to death, she grapples to protect herself and her family when she discovers an incinerating fire burning inside her. Powerful enough to destroy the indomitable Leviathans, but also delicate enough to tease a flower into blooming. She's shoved face first into a world that's waiting for her. They call her The One and place their hopes and dreams on her shoulders. It's a burden she's not sure she can carry. It doesn't help that her adversary is the handsome stranger that makes her heart pound, her stomach jittery, and makes breathing an afterthought. The stranger that keeps appearing, trying to befriend her. The man who stole her first kiss. Can Bee end the tyrant reign of the Leviathans before they wipe out the entire human race?
