17 year old Cecelius lives on the island of Parvus, with her mom, dad, and two brothers, Micaelis and Lucius.  They are living under the law of an organization known as SEPTUM. When tensions rise between Cecelia and SEPTUM, she joins a rival group called, Rebellem.  Later, Cecelia meets a highly respected member of SEPTUM named, Hericus. The two both don't know that they are memebers of rival groups and eventually become romantically involved.  When things get tough though, can Cecelia stand up to SEPTUM and help Rebellem start a new era in Parvus?  Or will she and everyone she loves be put into great peril?
