"Will she be there?" Emily asked looking downward.
"She's my girlfriend, Emily. I don't go places without her." He looked at Emily one last time, almost longingly.
"Then I won't be there, Joel. You can't expect me to constantly face your choices when my choice was you. You also made it clear to me and other people that I was your choice, now tell me Joel how did that change in a month?" Emily said cocking her head to the side. Joel looked downward.
"If you choose her then be ready for me to rub my choices in your face Joel."
