Academy City. An independently governed City 30 years ahead of the future in science and technology, land locked in Japan, made up mainly of high schools, colleges, labs, and possessing a population mainly comprising of students and teachers. 60 percent of these students possess psychic powers and live as espers.. and one of the 7 most powerful of these espers, The Railgun, Mikoto Misaka, lives in this city. 

Mikoto has been orphaned for about 1 month now. Following the death of her family by unknown causes, she has been debating leaving Academy City to study in America. However, things change when she finds herself baring witness to two strange warriors called Archer and Assassin battling it out.  And to make matters stranger, she is saved by a mysterious knight calling herself Saber.

The Grail Wars of Academy City are about to begin.

First of several stories in the Xenoverse Chronicles Series, a series in which Shulk and company visit other universes to stop Zanza from conquering foreign worlds. I do not own Xenoblade Chronicles or the Certain Scientific/Magical series, this is a fan story.

Mikoto Misaka is the third strongest Esper out of that 2.1 billion that dwell in Academy City, being also a prestigious student at the most high class all girl's school in the entire world. Naturally, having such high powers, she has faced many weird phenomenon within the city known for the weird and scientifically advanced. However.. her knowledge about the universe is challenged when she meets a particularly weak esper named Ben Tennyson, whose been living on the streets because he couldn't afford the dorm. And as Mikoto will soon discover.. Ben's true powers.. completely unrelated to his esper ones... are quite out of this world...literally.. Unfortunately, Mikoto is unable to focus much on her life or the Grail Wars due to the romantic advances of Touma Kamijou's servant Saber of Red, and the emergence of some old allies of Touma's magic dealings in Academy City. Can Mikoto convince Mordred that it's unrequited love.. or will she actually start falling for the weird aggressive gender-confused knight? (much to her immense chagrin).

A esper with the ability to control time. Because of his British origin, he's been given the nick name Time Lord. He's a 16 year old guy that looks like a 10 year old....... She has never felt more useless.. and though her friends in Fairy Tail do all they can to try and cheer her up.. there is no escaping the terrible feeling of being powerless to protect her friends.. Then.. six mysterious beings appear in Academy City, calling themselves the Lost Ones. 3 of them, are beings called Quincies... 2 of them are magicians.. and one is a Level 5 esper long forgotten. They seem to have a vested interest in helping to restore Mikoto's lost powers... however, what do they have to gain from helping her? There is something more to this.. and like it or not.. Mikoto has once again sunken into a battle that she might not come out of...

Mikoto Misaka, also known as The Railgun has faced many things. Evil demonic extraterrestrials, school, evil mages, psycho scientists, angry dragons, apocalyptic dieties, soul eating hollows. But now she must face the greatest of all challenges: growing up as a half dragon. Mikoto's dragon mother Thundaarix appears one day and tells Mikoto that at 15 years of age, she is slightly overdue to take a sacred Dragon tradition known as a rite of passage where Mikoto must journey to the mountains with her mother to meet her dragon family. Fairy Tail and some of Mikoto's Soul Reaper friends tag along. However, there are some dragons who believe Mikoto is an abomination because of her human heritage...and the ceremonies become somewhat uneasy.....but then it becomes all the more threatening when it turns out one of the dragons has sold himself to Asgawrath's service. Dark eyes are watching... watching the Railgun ever so closely... plotting... waiting for her to make a fatal mistake.
