Before his wives, his sons, the hybrids, the Adam and Eve project, back when he was a new king, Karlheinz made one small, simple mistake. He had a child. A bastard, his tiny glimpse of human emotion caused a tear in his better judgment, as it does us all. His firstborn, the one and only female of the Sakamaki children, is plagued with a detrimental genetic illness, preventing her a life outside of the castle walls. As far as a record of the royal family goes, she is nonexistent. The King loves his precious little girl more than he likes to tell himself. Somewhere in his cold, un-beating heart, he wants her all to himself. Her illness is a grateful excuse he uses to deny her any interaction outside of the castle staff. But, Reisa is bright and creative, and she finds ways to live the life she was deprived of. Karlheinz, however, intends to do whatever it takes to keep his princess forever.
