Jeremiah the Fifth was a lowly villager, the son of the hamlet's best healers not that there were any others. He trained under the guidance of his father, Jeremiah the Fourth, commonly referred to as Healer J, for the first 15 years of his insignificant life.
He spent most of his spare time with Hearth the village 'storyteller'. Hearth was an old man of around in his 60's who had traveled far and wide in his youth completing many quests all over Glorantha. Jeremiah liked just to sit and listen to Hearth's tales with the odd question and interjection.
It was when Jeremiah had just turned fifteen years of age that Hearth murdered by a mysterious stranger one blowy winter night. That is where this story begins.
This is the backstory to Jeremiah the Fifth a character I play in the Role Playing Game, Runequest. The chapters are very short as this is my first book.
I also don't now much about Glorantha the world in which this story is set so it might be a bit off. I hope you enjoy the story anyway.

#4 of the Blessed Moon Sequel... its supposed to be 2.5 since this is the story of alexander and murens son but its much better to read warm thirst first to fill in the gaps going to this part of the story. Kealoha here is an adult already and might confuse you on some parts if you jump down on this one after saved love. its still mewgulf here waanjais... Liam, as he was called, was sold to a pack when he turned 7 by whom he once called father. he was told that he would be a servant there and do everything his alpha would tell him to. no questions asked. having been banned to ever talk or make a peep make you really loose your voice. he didnt even remember what his own voice sounds like and when was the last time he ever said a full sentence without being slapped. getting in and out of consciousness, he inhaled the most refreshing scent he ever smelled before - rainforest with a hint of strawberry. how he wish he could eat a strawberry that day since its his birthday. so much for wishfull thinking.Complete

Will be updated with a weekly chapter on Sundays! Synopsis: The story follows a young boy named Jonah, born into a city-state of "The One," the foremost religion of Life-Winder's world. Jonah is at an age wherein every child of Giroux must select a career field to be trained in, some of which come with the dissemination of a "gift"-special powers bestowed by the remains of Saints of the One, and antithetic to "dark powers" sourced from a ritual through which a person must carve a mark into their forehead. When Jonah generates a dark power and mark without having undergone such a ritual, the course of his life is altered indefinitely. Initially placed under guard by two knights of Giroux, they will eventually find themselves in a small fort made-town for a single purpose: to retrieve the body of a Saint who has since passed. The town, once devoted followers of The One, was abandoned by Giroux years back when the neighboring city-state of Rashaad attacked. The Saint protected them, and acted as a deterrent for the years that followed. When Rashaad receives word of his death, the knights are put in an ethical quandary: do they abandon the town and its people to certain death like Giroux had prior? Or do they disobey orders, stand their ground, and fight an army with what little they have? A key element of the plot is a mystery that brews in the background of the pages. Years before the events of Life-Winder, the court jester for the King of Giroux was sent as a diplomat to the neighboring kingdom of Rashaad, where he was burned beyond recognition and sent back.
