Jade Milan was a history teacher in Virginia, ever thought she was ordinary with her only difference is she was smart, too smart. She was a 25 year old with many doctorates and recognitions in different field due to her 186IQ, one of the few geniuses with eidetic memory. Everyone wondered why she stayed in a job so low key.
Jade's best friend was murdered and she was out of her mind with grief, Avery was her only family. The FBI came, to be more exact the BAU, the Behavioral Analysis Unit. They were investigating a series of murders connected her best friend's with the rest. She was brought in for questioning when she saw him, the genius.
Dr. Spencer Reid was grieving the loss of his girlfriend and his murdered mentor when he met her. They were so close to solving the case but the case was going cold and they BAU knew this was the unsub's last kill. When he saw her he smiled, she was beautiful in his eyes, she was reading a textbook skimming through the pages but he knew she was reading really fast. It was very interesting when he found a genius like himself. He wanted to help her get over the grief if losing someone she loved, because he knew the lain quite well
