In a forgotten wasteland known as "Fool' March," there's people who fend for themselves, and you are one of them. Every house as dull as the next. The problem wasn't the full scenery, but rather the monsters that hunt the people of Fool's March. The monsters are the reason the city's in shambles and the reason people are always scared. They take an appearance of a human to lure unsuspecting victims in. The people of Fool's March have a rule everyone must follow; that is to always wear your mask. The mask help identify who's human and who's not. If you are seen without your mask in public then you are sure to be killed. Most people haven't even seen the face of their lover since hardly anyone ever took off their mask at home, though it was allowed. The monsters could never take one of the masks because of the spell the towns keeper put on them to protect you and the other people of the beloved city from the hazardous beasts who look like one of us.

The Monster seems to only be interested in Maria and targets her specifically, She has no clue as to why it's haunting her, no, hunting her, but she's determined to find out and put a stop to it before it can send the grim reaper her way. Between 2004 and 2008 I wrote a series of "Tips for Writers" for Nocturnal Ooze magazine vaguely about what would happen in real life if you did the things they do in movies but mostly about the gross out. I've always loved them and so have taken them out of mothballs for a new audience here on wattpad. They're all here except for #13 which seems to have vanished.
