In the year of 1914, the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria sent the world into war. This wasn't wasn't like any before, it was deadly machines pitted against outdated fighting techniques, and the world watched in horror as the men they send to fight never come home. Amongst these men is German private Wilhelm Klein, the son of a middle class shopkeeper, who describes the life and dangers he faces living in the trenches and the girl he leaves behind. Now in the year 1916 he will feel the full impact of The War To End All Wars -Notice- This is a work of historical fiction. Not all aspects of this story are going to be one hundred percent accurate due to how I wanted to tell the story

This is a story pertaining to the "Legacy" continuity of Country Stories and CS Presents, and as such, is not canon to the current path of the project.
