1808:
I ran my hand threw my freshly brushed hair my pale skin reflected back to me from the mirrors reflection. I smiled softly at the memory of that night. Father said I’d find my one and the one that would love me no matter what. I put my amulet on and studied it smiling ever so slightly. I sighed as I got up and walked out of my room through the halls. My guards flanked on both my sides as we walked. I was headed nowhere in particular
“Oh madam Silver I have a sweet cake for you” my favourite maid told me as I took the sweet cake the polite smile turned into a grin as I took a bite out of my food. “What did you do miss Nadia?” my head guard said as I stumbled backwards. “She needs to sleep remember and what better way than a potion way.” Nadia stated in an innocent yet amazed voice as if she hadn’t even thought that the potion would work.
Darkness over took me as I felt extremely sleepy my head guard carried me back into my room laying me down carefully. His hand moved the hair from my face as he then left my room locking it behind him.
After a few hours I tried waking up like normal but my body wouldn’t let me. I started to panic, why can’t I wake up? What’s happening? I yelled inwards as I felt the sleep take over myself conscious mind slowly but my brain and heart would continue to work.
I guess I have to just give up and let it happen. Was the last thing I thought before letting go?
