"Lance dont cry," Keith's voice was shaky, a single tear rolled down his face, and his body was weak.
"Keith you can't leave me, please." tears spilled down Lances face as he held keith tightly in his arms.
Keith's yellow eyes fluttered shut and he lost consciousness. Lance pulled him closer to him and started crying even harder, he ran his fingers through his black hair "It wasn't supposed to be this way..."

Keith was in and out of the hospital for all of his life. He often snuck out of his room to wander the halls in an attempt to stifle his boredom. When he was ten years old, he found a boy in a coma-and he happened to be around his age. He would often talk to him about his day and bring him toys. But one day, the boy was gone without a trace. Lance was nine years old when he was in a major car accident. His injuries were extensive and he was put into a medically-induced coma. When he woke up, he recovered fully and returned home. Seven years later, he suddenly remembers a certain voice that spoke to him while he was under. He couldn't believe Lance had just said that -he pondered on the possibility of having misheard him- but his voice had sounded so honest and so painfully hurt, he knew there was no way Lance's words weren't true. The honesty dripping from his drunk-stained words left Keith breathless. He never thought he'd live to hear those words coming from Lance, he was certain he would never love him back, he thought he liked Kinkade, as much as it pissed him off the idea.
