Male omegas are considered rare, but not rare enough that Male Alphas will try to get them because they cannot produce kids/pups. There is no point in a male Alpha claiming a male Omega when the Omega can not really do anything for the Alpha.

Female Alphas are considered rare as well, and they usually claim the male omegas since no one else will.

Betas usually claim the Deltas, and sometimes they claim omegas but not as much as Alphas claim omegas. Deltas almost never claim others, and instead are claimed.
