Many people use the words "emotions" and "feelings" to mean the same thing. Feelings and emotions are two sides of the same coin and highly interconnected, but are two very different things. Emotions are lower level responses occurring in the subcortical regions of the brain. Those responses create biochemical and electrical reactions in the body that alter its physical state (technically speaking, emotions are neurological reactions to an emotional stimulus). Emotions are physical and instinctive, instantly prompting bodily reactions to threat, reward, and everything in between. While emotions are associated with bodily reactions that are activated through dopamine and oxytocin released by the brain, feelings play out in our minds only.

(Probably you were like "OMG! What is she talking about) But don't worry!)

In this book, I am gonna talk about both of them as poems, journals, spoken words , quotes, and much more.
