Lydia Martin never liked changes.
She always tried to keep things steady and stable so that she could cope with life.
When her mother, however, meets a man named Noah, falls in love and decides to start a new life in the mysterious town of Beacon Hills with him, Lydia is dragged along.
Oh, and not to mention her mom's love interest has a son. His name is Stiles and he lives in the room next to Lydia's.
Now, for the young Martin, everything is bearable. The new town, new home, new school, new family... She can stand it.
What she cannot stand, is the sole thought that the boy next door could ever be something more to her than just her step sibling.
And while Lydia is unsure of a lot of things, she can assure you of this:
She will never in a million years indulge in that thought.
