Skylar was a regular teen, trying to get through high school just like everyone else. With her best friend Jessie by her side of course. That is, until Jessie is hit by a drunk driver and fatally killed, and her world came to a stop.
She then gets the news of her parents moving. How could she start over? Skylar is thrown into a new school, a new state, and forced to meet new people.
