Short stories that randomly form in my head. These are for you to read and enjoy. They will vary a lot, so you can experience different genres, while reading my brain's mess written down on paper (or typed onto a screen, if you prefer). Read and enjoy, comment and vote!😊

This is a short story about Henry Varon, the father of the Varon brothers: Michael, Raphael, Gabriel, and Uriel from my full-length novel "The Long Road to Serenity." ----------------------------------- Falling in love was unexpected. So was losing the love of my life. My Camille was everything I could ever need, but life has never offered any guarantees. Raising four boys all on my own has been a challenge. Being complicated doesn't even begin to describe it. But, they are my reasons for pushing ahead. I'm a tattered man with a broken heart... but even though life offers no relief for the pain sometimes, it sometimes offers good people to help you along the way instead. This is my story. ----------------------------------- (To fill in the blanks, check out the book that this short story was spun from! Interested in reading more about the Varon family and the amazing women in their lives? Check out my novel! You'll get to know more about Astraea and Gabriel's story, as well as the rest of the characters. "The Long Road to Serenity" is now available online for your reading pleasure where e-books are sold. Paperbacks are available on amazon!) **Please note: I will be adding parts to this until I reach "The End." ** (This has not been edited. It's a raw, short story full of emotion about a special supporting character from my full-length novel.) Copyright © 2018
