My name is Y/N L/N, and I live outside of The Walls. My whole life I have been hiding in fear from my worst enemies...Mankind. You might be wondering why I fear my own kind, but I grew up to see how ruthless and merciless they are. You might also be wondering how I survive outside the walls with Titans around every corner.

Well, I have a deep friendship with them and they accepted me when I was just a child. Amazing, isn't it? As a child I was thrown out by my family, because I'm a 'Monster' and ended up outside the Walls. Since then I hated people.

But one day I met him. He changed that and showed me how it felt to be loved and cared for. He showed me the kind and friendly side of people, his name...Eren Jaeger.

This is the first time I've written a story like this, however I feel that I should explain some plot points since I did try to stick as close to the anime canon as possible but there are a few things I'd like to clear up first. This story starts at the fall of Wall Maria from your perspective as a young girl who lived in the Shiganshina district, I'll leave the age unspecified if I can but at the end she will definitely be over 18 years old.
