Carmine Lycus was bitten by a rogue alpha when he was seven years old. His parents threw him out and he's been living on his own ever since. He hops from place to place trying to avoid trouble with local packs.
After he was almost found out at his last location he moves to the small town, Redwood. His hopes being that there won't be many werewolves in such a small community. To his dismay, however, he finds out most of the town's population are werewolves!

Regan Faust is Redwoods next beta, his eighteenth birthday is coming up which means he'll soon find his mate. However, there are a couple complications that make it hard for him to be excited. He's gay and doesn't like any of the guys in town in that way since he's grown up with them as brothers. Then, for the first time in many years, a new student transfers into school without warning. The Redwood pack wasn't notified about this new addition to their town, and to their surprise, they can't find much information on him.

WARNING - THIS STORY CONTAINS TRIGGERS!!!!!! LOOK AT TAGS FOR MORE INFORMATION!!!!! After being wrongfully kicked out, a 19-year-old Omega and his 15-year-old kid brother are forced to run, being injured badly in the process, as well as losing each other. 19-year-old Omega Nex finds his way to Lucin Pack border, losing consciousness and being helped greatly. In the hospital, he meets his fated mate and learns some news that changes everything. Will Nex and his kid brother, Bae, learn to trust not only their mates but everyone within their newfound Pack and family? Or will something happen to throw them off the healing course and into even darker places? Little Character info: Nex has always been looked down on for being smaller than the others and for being a 'weak omega'. He is very strong and hardheaded, for an omega. He will stare down and hunt down the toughest if it is for the ones he loves. He can have a bit of a sour attitude though. Fern, his inner wolf, is the nice one that kind of mocks Nex, in a way, when he gets into those sour moods. While Nex believes he is weak, Fern believes the opposite and is always trying to convince his human part of that as well. Dom is a big guy who protects everyone. He is kind and loving to the ones he loves and cares for. He acts like the stereotypical tough guy around the ones he doesn't know or doesn't like. He is dead set on finding his mate and has been for the past five years. (18 + 6 people.) Zek, Domonic's inner wolf, is a very dominant counterpart of Dom. Zek cares deeply for his fated one and will give his life for him, as well as being very...well...teasing. He loves to make Nex and Fern blush and get embarrassed. But a reminder...if you mess with Nex and Fern...he will rip you apart.

The characters in this story aren't your typical Lycan/Werewolf characters. The storyline also takes a few unexpected twists and turns. Virgil is no simpering mate who hangs around moaning about being rejected. It was unanimously agreed, from the moment the Bond between him and the future Alpha Damien struck, that he was an unacceptable mate. He was only 15 at the time, a lowborn, and physically the antithesis of the famous Pureblood Pack. But no one took into account the fact that sometimes, the Bond, refuses to break. Virgil is beautiful, smart, and has a sharp tongue. He doesn't need the pack and he certainly doesn't need Damien.
