"W-who are you?" Lunar, my younger sister asks the white figure before us.
"My name is SnowPaw. Are you young ones lost?" It's asks and I nod.
Funneh and her siblings are young tabby cat kittens. They overhear their owners talking about something one day and run away. As they wander through the cold and damp Canadian forest, they meet SnowPaw, member of the Snowflake Clan. She brings them back to her home and cares for them, teaches them the ways of a wild cat, and discovers something about them that not even they knew themselves. But then war breaks out between the Snowflake and Toxicflame clans for ownership of the krew, which have been called to be "special". What will happen to the clans and our 5 kittens in this story? But when a strange cat takes his sister out of StreamClan on the day of their apprentice ceremony, he quickly realizes such hope has become impossible. Sunpaw just wants to prove to his clan, BreezeClan that he can become a great warrior. But it isn't as easy as it sounds. Even though his rival apprentice Slowpaw is much younger than him, he is always beaten in battle training and he can never catch nearly as much prey. His mentor doesn't make it any better either. Pounceheart is always treating him like some helpless kit and he worries he'll never be able to complete his warrior assessment. Being a healer who suffers from severe anxiety isn't easy, but Twitchpaw knows as long as her mentor is there, she can get through it.
