Cerise was a lively girl full of joy and hope, her smile had been able to brighten even the darkest of souls. But, exactly that, she was. On September 15, 2017, she stopped smiling, stopped shining, she nearly went mute. Cerise pushed away her closest friends and family, completely isolating herself. No one knew what happened and she wanted to keep it that way. The closest anyone had to a clue or idea was her camera. She had never even taken interest in photography before but the exact day the old her died, the camera never stopped hanging around her neck. She had days where she was better when she had set up little scenes and people to photograph. One of her "models," Ebony James saw a hint of her old smile when she was setting him up for a picture. She wasn't directly smiling but her eyes sparkled when she was about to pull up her camera for the photo. It was a very old Polaroid camera so she had immediate substance after taking the picture. It was almost as if this camera was the last tie she had left to the brighter days and she wanted to have tangible proof she still existed. After all, isn't that the one thing ghosts fear, that they are no longer there?
