Leah Sinison had Type One Diabetes, she battled it with forceful strikes. Coming back from brain damage and hospital visits was never easy. To make her life worse, her mom had not one, but three miscarriages. Making her the miracle child of the family. She didn't have many friends, actually, she had them, but none of them were what she considered real. Until she met a boy named Kyle Connily. He was your average 15 year old sports loving athlete. He was more average than Leah until he was diagnosed with Lung Cancer suddenly, which was a shock to both Kyle's family and Leah. No one knew why he was diagnosed with it, it didn't run in the family but instead he had faulty lungs. That summer was one of the hardest for Leah. To leave her cancerous boyfriend at home in Nashville, and spend the summer with her grandparents up in Gatlinburg. Her wishes were simple, but could never be completed. Her life took a turn for the worse with breakups, hookups, and many other wild circumstances.
