Jace Wayland is the sarcastic jerk but he soon changes his ways as he lays eyes on Clary Fray, the shy and extremely beautiful teen. Her emerald eyes enticed him in the moment they made eye contact. Some people would call it love at first sight whereas he believes it's their fate to be together and he won't let anything come between them, not even Clary's mother's murderer.
