It seemed like a good idea at first, but when the death toll of civilians began to rise, what did the government do? They said 'Well this is what you wanted, isn't it? You wanted them to be free. So here's our offer: you don't protest against us anymore, and we only release them on the leap years'. What a bad offer, right? But it was either that or let them free completely and watch the bodies pile up. Which would you choose? But more importantly, every time this happens, how far would you go to protect your family?

The Solar Sun space ship was the closest landing unit in the solar system. Many others would have to be traveled to after refueling and preparing for another two or three centuries of being in a cryogenic state. 100 years ago, amidst WW3's nuclear bombing, a deadly virus was released in the atmosphere and nearly wiping out the humanity. It lives inside the human brain thriving on the empathy receptors, leading to irrational behaviour and ultimately brain death. To slow the damage, scientists created L.O.V.E, short for Living Off Vital Emotions, a nanovaccine that numbs the virus and switches off all strong emotions. As a last resort and with a dying planet, the Supreme Government created the City, a place to contain the infected survivors suitable for the experiment. Those in the first stages of illness became ideal candidates to receive the neuroinhibitor. Having their feelings restrained and their memory altered, those who come of age are designated a life partner through a Selection process, thus preserving the humankind. A few decades after the trial had started, scientists had a major breakthrough. The nanites, which are highly chemically reactive organisms, are changing their bio-engineered purpose when dopamine levels are high. With a new generation of nanoids, stronger and smarter to fight the battle, the virus doesn't have a chance. Many attempts were made to create a man-made version of synthetic dopamine and each time the outcome was a disaster. Their goal is to create new generations, immune to the virus. (This novel is under revision as of 2-5-19 up until I feel the true motivation to scrub through most of my older work. Also this summary is something to be fixed but until then) A thousand years ago the extermination of Earth from unknown circumstances brought about the end of humanity for the planet. The end of animals, most of nature, technology and everything that advanced in between. After Earth's destruction a new life began with the survivors of the near extinction of humanity. They constructed a singular civilization encased in a wall for protection from outside forces, built on the hope to reproduce and thrive with the life they were forced into. Zykard would be the start of a second life for humans But within that time of rebirth some of the survivors surged with horrors of Pre-Reearth. Heresy, treachery, riots, thefts, murders and revolutions. A need to for order was introduced, and brought about the leader of Zykard and seven factions of ten people. A thousand years later theres a change. An outsider appears and seemingly becomes the new leader of Zykard, bringing more hardships with their hopes. Crimson, a seventeen year old girl faces the verge of adulthood. The final trials being the only gap between her new reality. A new injection to be given to everyone after the trials. She will face the ugly second face of what Zykard really is behind the curtains. Face pain she never thought would be possible and lose what she loves the most. The people with the new blood type are said to be able to be resistant to most high falls, and also are stronger than the average human being. They are now capturing people with the new blood type, blood type AE positive. You just happen to be one of those people with the rare blood and you drive in an attempt to escape the clutches of the Obelus.
