I give specific instructions and expect my staff to obey them. The only way for my company to remain successful is if I have employees who work well and perform their tasks as directed.
However, my secretary, Bella, manages to mess things up time after time. I have finally decided to end it and give her the punishment she deserves. Maybe after a little discipline she will learn to do things the correct way.
But, maybe, she may choose to continue to disobey when she realizes the kind of punishment I have in store.
