In this version of the story Naruto is the Sensei of Team 7 and his backstory is SIGNIFICANTLY different. Sai will take Naruto's place on the team. Villains will be stronger, plot holes will try to be filled. The sharingan is getting nerfed in some places and buffed in others. Hyuga's will actually be dangerous beyond part 1. Main characters WILL die, I'm being serious. No ass-pull aliens from outer space with the powers of gods. Some good guys are getting buffed and being rewritten as better characters (Sakura, Kiba, Ino, Shino, to name a few).
