This is a selection of poetry inspired by Martin Hammond's translation of Marcus Aurelius' Meditations. Marcus embarked on a spiritual journey throughout his life, compiling his thoughts in his late fifties. His letters, which might be more appropriately translated as "to myself" rather than the name Meditations.

A philosophical and romantic retelling of Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius and a fictional philosopher, Euanthe. A story of romance, war, and a hope of perpetual peace. Very historically inaccurate, yet philosophically informative nonetheless. Each chapter is often accompanied by a picture of some philosophy referenced within the chapter.

☁️ | wander through my thoughts. all my experiences, realizations, decisions, vibes...attempted to be placed into rhythmic tone as a summary of my life. I hope for this to become a place of comfort for anyone who needs it. Poetry is a beautiful way to put whatever's on one's mind into words, especially for someone like me who's not so great at expressing so upfront. I want this to a place where we can all find instances of clarity knowing we all think, feel, and experience the same, maybe not exactly the same but somewhat.
