After the Hale house fire, Sheriff Stilinski found a child under the rubbish where the basement was located. With only the crest of Hale's family necklace her mother has given her, she was taken to the McCall's residence. With so many thoughts of who could have done that brutality towards her deceased family, Alexis refused to talk to her new friend she had come across in the woods. Later gave up trying to avoid them with the constant annoyance from the two boys leading them to become best friends. But it wasn't till two years later that her step-parents got a divorce.

Which led to leaving the boys and having to live with her step-dad Rafael in San Francisco. After 3 years have passed, Alexis refused to stay longer and wanted to move back into Beacon after the constant trouble with her other side.
