In an alternate universe, Katniss Everdeen was killed in the third quarter-quell. The resistance that had begun to rise within Panem was battered down, and the old, dictatorial, terrorist, Games-ridden Panem was fully restored.
Fast forward twenty-five years. The fourth Quarter Quell has come upon Panem. President Snow stands before the nation as he announces that this Quell has a twist involving tributes drawn from multiple other universes, including Star Wars, Marvel, Harry Potter, Greek Demi-Gods (Percy Jackson), Twilight realm, and Panem.

Our favorite villains, Voldemort, President Snow, President Coin, and Goodie Kronos as well as the giants are here, thinking they can destroy these heroes once and for all. At the moment, President Snow has the whole country in his massive iron grip. He is deeply upset by what happened in the Quarter Quell and even more furious that they came out alive.
