Sonic and the gang are back in High School and are going on a camping trip - mandatory to graduate from grade 12. Shadow and his friends Maria the hedgehog, Rouge the bat and Rock the unicorn are constantly butting heads with Sonic and his friends Knuckles the echidna, Amy the hedgehog and Tails the fox (who is now magically the same age as the others. Shhhh....). All the while Sonic and Shadow must hide their feelings from everyone around them - including each other. Sonic and shadow. The two most popular boys in the school for the same reason. Sports and looks, the only difference being, everything, they are complete polar opposites. Sonic, an outgoing, extroverted and friendly boy, while shadow, was just the opposite. He spent his days alone, when he wasn't playing football or being simped over by every girl in school, he was home, alone in his dark room.
