Finding carter

Carter has these abilities she Doesn't know she has.
She's not normal
She's not like other girls
She can't be tamed...or can she?
She slowly figured out what she can do but she doesn't appreciate it. She's curious as to why and how she got these so called "abilities" but what happens when she gets guided through and learns how to control her self ?
Or will she go wild? Maybe even crazy? Run and never stop? Most importantly what if she hurts someone?
