In 2014, several patients subjected themselves to an odd study. The patients will be released in 2018. The patients are forced to listen to a tone. It made them insane. People made sure the patients were aware of the risk before. All of the patients are now in some state of insanity.
You can call this number to hear the tone: 330-572-0999
But don't call for too long. You could, possibly, end up like them.
Also, listening to that tone for about five seconds can put you in a state of anxiety. Or, that's what it did when I called it.

An electronic voice repeated over and over, "This message is transmitted to you through the North Carolina Police Department. It is advised to stay indoors and to remain inside if at all possible.
