When Fletch starting working at holby ED. He met fellow Nurse Chloe fairhead, the neice of Charlie. Chloe and Fletch get on well. A little to well. Chloe knows that fletch is happily married with kids but it doesn't stop her flirting with him.

Before long Chloe and Fletch start an affair and end up in bed together. Chloe doesn't care over the fact that Fletch is married. She can't resist him.
