In which Castiel is an omega who has had a lot of crude comments thrown his way about how he's "not acting like an omega should" meanwhile Sam is an extremely handsome beta who has an undeniable crush on the omega.
The downside? Well.. Sam pains himself about how he was never born an alpha and therefore doesn't deserve an omega like Castiel. Besides, Castiel has never really noticed him.
