Desa Pualam katanya merupakan desa terpelosok dari sekian desa yang terpilih untuk menjadi lahan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) program kampus yang ditempati Biru, Violet, Ririn dan Ninin.

Awalnya Biru merasa sangat bersemangat karena ini merupakan pengalaman pertamanya bepergian jauh dari Ibu Kota dalam waktu yang cukup lama. Selain itu, tanpa direncanakan ia dikelompokan dengan Violet, saudari kembarnya. Ia juga tak menyangka karena Ririn dan Ninin, saudara sepupunya yang juga kembar, turut bergabung di regu yang sama dengan Biru. Jumlah anggota di regu Biru semuanya ada 15 orang. Ia merasa semua kegiatannya akan berjalan lancar dan menjadi tantangan baru baginya karena teknologi di desa terpencil katanya tak secanggih di kota.
Hingga pada akhirnya, Biru menyadari satu per satu anggota di regunya menghilang tanpa jejak. Belum lagi penduduk di desa Pualam terus bercerita mengenai sosok wanita halus yang konon katanya sedang mencari darah segar dari kaula muda. 
Biru tak pernah memiliki bayangan pengalamannya dalam mengikuti KKN di desa terpencil pedalaman Kalimantan, akan menjadi kisah terburuk yang ia alami seumur hidup.
