A young girl called Elina has read many books about people getting powers after an accident. That soon happens to her during an earthquake. She is sent to S.T.A.R labs with Barry or The Flash, Caitlin, and Cisco. There they see her new powers which are tested to be very strong. Lightning, earth, and speed all are her abilites. Caitlin and Cisco try and get Elina and Barry to work together, but when Elina fails in a mission, she quits the team because she feels that she isn't ready for this and the team must get her back.
