When Sherlock returns from his four minute exile he makes a plan to stop Moriarty once again, only this time John is too busy with the baby to help. Desperate, Sherlock seeks out the help of his friend Molly Hooper.

Molly is surprised when Sherlock comes to her looking for help, she is delighted to be working with him again but her feelings keep getting in the way. She knows that Sherlock doesn't have feelings for her but she can't seem to shake the feelings she has for him. 

Will Sherlock stop Moriarty for good? And will he finally realize that Molly is more than a friend to him after all?
