Eternity

Cassia, by no fault of her own, had a past that was more than tragic. Born in a time long before Jesus, she was raised a traditional girl in Ancient Greece, and taught to be ashamed of what she was capable of. Cassia has been married off at far too young an age to a man she eventually came to love. She would go on to bear two children and raise them to the best of her abilities. They were a happy family until the incident.

Now, Cassia is a centuries-old vampire-witch hybrid with a hatred for werewolves nearly as old as she is. She made an exception for one Kendal Williams, a charming boy from her literature studies class who would very quickly become her best friend, familiar, and late night booty call. She studies as an art student at a California college and models to fund her education. Cassia had accepted her loneliness long ago, part of why she would never pursue a romantics relationship with Kendal, and had sworn off love for good.

So imagine her surprise when she finds that her mate is none other than Kendal's best friend, and the son of the man who killed her family.
