The new neighbors

So we get new neighbors and I make friends with Brenen which is the oldest...... But he has a younger brother but he is also 14 but just younger. Which one do I fall in love with??? Do we just stay friends do we TRY to have a relation ship..... Or does it get ruined by the OTHER brother you don't even know which brother I am talking about do you??? No!
