Oliver has recently turned 21 and has had the incredible fortune of being almost guaranteed the job opportunity of a life time. He's one of the best computer programmers of his time and right as he's looking for a step up in his career he's greeted with his absolute dream job. The largest and best funded lab in the city suddenly has an opening in its lead designer, putting him in charge of all updates and bug patches for everyone's personal regulation chips.
