Dean and Sam just got back from a hunt, and they were trying to find a reverse spell for another spell that was put on Castiel. They finially give up and go towards the most powerful witch they know, but, when she is released from the witch trap, to fix his wings, she adds another spell and him and a few other angels are turned into toddlers and The Winchester's and And Bobby have to take care of them until they are in adult form again.
